What are rewards? 
Rewards are our way of saying thank you for your support.  Earn 10 points per dollar spent.

How do I earn points? 
Earn points by ordering online with us.

How do I redeem rewards points?
You can redeem points when you place your order online!  As you check out, you will be given an option to review any available rewards on your account.  Click on the “Redeem” button next to your available reward to apply it to your order! 

How do I see how many rewards points I have earned? 
Once you log in to our website, you will see “My Account” in the upper-right corner.  Just click there and you’ll see your earned points.

Can I earn points by placing an order through a third-party delivery platform? 
Unfortunately not, you can only earn points by ordering through the Swamp Birds website.

How will I know when I receive a reward?
You will be able to check your available rewards through the “My Account” section of our website.

Can I earn points in the drive-thru or in the store?
No, you can only earn points by ordering through the Swamp Birds website.

Do my rewards points expire?
Nope, they never expire! 

I’m really hungry. How do I order some grub? 
On the Swamp Birds website, you can browse the menu and select the items you would like to add to your Cart.  Once you select an item, it will ask you for any modifications or special requests.  After that, just click the button at the bottom to add the item to your cart, and repeat until you have everything you want! 

Do I have to register to place an order? 
Yes, in order to use the website to place an order you must register.  Don’t worry, the registration takes only a few seconds! 

How can I order ahead? 
Place your order online, and during the checkout process, you will be asked to choose your pickup time.  You can either choose a specific date and time, or just choose “ASAP” to have it ready as soon as possible.

How do I pick up my order once I arrive at the restaurant? 
Pull up to one of our marked Curbside parking spots and follow the instructions on the sign.

Can I have someone else pick up my order? 
Absolutely!  They just need to know the name on the order.

I tried to submit a mobile or online order but received an error message. Did the restaurant receive it? Will I be charged twice? 
If you receive an error when submitting a mobile order, then the restaurant has not yet received the order. Please retry or come inside to place the order. Your credit card is not charged until you tap “Prepare my order”.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and credit cards only.

Can I pick up an order in the drive-thru without an automobile (ie bike, walk up)? 
For security purposes, we only allow automobiles to enter our drive-thru. And we’re sorry, but that doesn’t include make-believe automobiles, invisible automobiles, or giant cardboard boxes painted to look like automobiles. But we admire your spirit!

We fry our food in soybean oil.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan menu options? 
We do not have very many vegetarian or vegan options.  You can order our Pecan Chicken salad with no chicken, our French Fries, or our Bread Pudding Fries (vegetarian-safe only, contains eggs).

Are recipes available for the items on your menu? 
We appreciate how much our customers love our Fast Hot Grub, however, our recipes are proprietary and considered trade secrets. 

What if I’m not satisfied with my order? 
If you’re still at the store, just ask for a manager and they’ll be delighted to assist you!  If you’ve already left, you can use the Contact Us tab on our website or email us at squawk@swampbirdsgrub.com.

How do I apply for a position at Swamp Birds?
You can simply apply online.

What is the minimum age for employment?
The minimum age for employment in Texas, with a few exceptions, is 14 years old.
